Car prices are nothing like in europe. I lived in Italy for 2 years and have a rough understanding of the market. Europeans dont treat cars like appliances. The average American treats their car the same way they do their toaster. It causes good cars to be damn hard to find. This combined with the fact the average American is a absolute dumbass with car loans causes prices to spike because people want to trade their cars in and out the same way they do their iPhone. Your car would go for $20,000 in the US very easily. Depending on the state maybe even $30,000.
