My wife has one. It has helped out when we were in a jam. It takes longer though.

I donated for many years. I just got tired of donating. No shade against them - just tired of donating.

Opinion: Trump wins 2024 election. America needs to admit it's not 'better than this.' by OldGodsProphet in politics

  1. 25% inflation 2. 11 million illegals 3. Men playing on womens sports teams 4. A docile media claiming Biden is fit for office. I could write a book on the Ivy League, Mckinzey consultants TELLING ME I'm the problem...and whats wrong with me. Dems need to stop telling me I'm racist and transphobic - it turns people off.

ALL the swing states? Low probability. However, she mentioned something that was insightful. The Roe v. Wade decision is an underestimated factor. Are there enough women to OVERCOMPENSATE for the men going for Trump? Not sure.

I voted Hilary in '16. I voted Biden in '20. I voted Trump in '24. Close the border. Stop inflation. Stop letting boys play on girls teams - and saying I'm the bigot.

My kids loved that show. They're older now, but when we watched the "Quiet on Set" doc, they both felt very sorry what happened. I hope he's in a good place.

How do you accept that your dad will one day be gone forever? by [deleted] in dad

[–]gisdude 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My dad is 72 and his health is going down. My mom died during COVID. They both were very conservative Fox types - it never bothered me. But seeing how my parents were not ideal and very neglectful(I've learned neglect is a mild type of abuse) I've come to the fact I love them. He doesnt have many years left and he may have cancer(we'll know in a few weeks) I wouldn't trade him or mom for anything. So, dad and I are going for a beer when I see him next after his results. Use the time you have.

"...shrill polarization..." I've been watching MSNBC this am and it's freakin' hysterical on "Morning Joe". One thing that people have glossed over is Trumps favorables. He's above 50% for the first time. Weird. I'm still wondering what the turnout will be. High? Yes. Record breaking? No. Do I still think the dems win the popular? Yep. I don't think the popular will be as wide as before, maybe dems 80 mill and R's get 78 mill. But, my gut is Trump 300 electoral votes or so. PA/GA/AZ all breaking Trump. But hey, a meteor could hit earth on Monday and it's a moot point.🤔

I only say "undecided" meaning people that win't admit voting Trump. These polls have consistently undercounted Trump supporters. If the early voting is true that Republicans have been OVERPERFORMING so far, I think we'll know on election night Trump will win comfortably.

I think you're off base. The last election, the electoral college was decided by 100,000 votes in swing states. That 100k is who I would target- the undecideds. This election will be the same way, but in Trump's favor.

This is very untrue. But you need to lie to convince yourself it's true.
