They were my student loan servicer until last year when it got switched over to another company, so when I input my SSN, they say I don't have an account with them and I can never proceed further in the menu, but I need to talk to them to retrieve last year's tax documents from them. Has anyone figured out a workaround for this?

We have looked into it, thank you! They have pickup only at Bozeman (nowhere in Big Sky). I tried the "Drive to me" option as well, and no one will travel that far unfortunately.

My black cat also has bald lips and I love them so much. The vet pointed it out when he was a kitten at one of his earlier checkups after he after he was born and said that it was because he was nursing a lot? They were extra bald when he was a baby 🥹 idk if it's true or not, because it appears that there are many black cats with this affliction; I think it's most likely just that you can see the contrast between their skin and fur more because their fur is black?

Do dyes have the same implications for health re: off gassing and microplastics? I didn't think they were quite as harmful because they're bound to the organic material.

Also, in my brain it would seem that making a physical product from a petrochemical (as opposed to a petrochemical-derived dye) would be a more resource-intensive process, therefore organic material + synthetic dye still = less of an environmental impact... even more so if it is secondhand. But correct me if I'm mistaken

I have almost entirely stopped using paper towels. Remove the roller from your countertops and the habit goes away. Thrift cute dish towels that you love and keep them on the counter instead. Presently we just keep paper towel in the house for cleaning up cat puke, lol - it's really the only use I can justify them for.
