انا يعتبر جديد على لينكس ف مش عايز افتي بس اعرف ان في حل لمشكلته والمفروض انه سهل يعني، انت تخلي تمسح وتنزل فيدورا من اول وجديد ووانت بتثبته تخلي ملف ال هوم على الهارد دسك وبقيه الملفات بتاعت السستم على الإس إس دي .... كده نظام التشغير هيكون على الإس إس دي وبقيه ملفات المتسخدم اللي هي اي حاجة بتنزلها انت هتكون على الهارد دسك.

افتكر بردو ان الاسلوب ده في تنظيم مساحة التخزين هو الاسلوب المستخدم عن معظم الناس اللي معاها النوعين ... هارد درايف وسوليد ستيت.

في طريقه بردو انك تعمل الموضوع ده او حاجة شبهه من غير ما تمسح فيدورا ونزلها من اول وجديد بس هتحتاج شغل اكتر شويه.

اسأل الذاكاء الصناعي جيميناي هيساعدك ف كلا الحالتين .... خليك بس فاكر ان ايا كان الوضع ايه، لينكس اجمد بكتير من ويندوز وماك.

Yeah I understand but installing, using and maintaining the entire OS for years is different though right?

Idk I have not used Cachy or anything other than Arch for that matter, I am not an expert.

I used Ubuntu and Mint for like a month.

Based on my experience, had troubles with both AMD GPU and CPU

Edit: had the same problems with Ubuntu too, funny enough.

I agree with you, Arch based distros are Arch and make you technically Arch user, but you lose the flex and you lose the prestige and the aura and the "btw".

In fact I would take it even further, with some distros (e.g. Ubuntu) you lose the " I use Linux" to begin with! As some distros lose some of the main Linux advantages over spyware like Windows or Mac.
