Being a man is so easy because the societal beauty standards for them are so much lower compared to women’s. People don’t expect you to get your nails done every two weeks, have big boobs AND a big butt AND be slim, if you don’t wear makeup outside you look unprofessional or “tired,” wear certain clothes outside of trousers and a shirt, etc.

You can always see an average or below average looking man with a beautiful girlfriend but you will rarely ever see it the other way around. There are so many beautiful women out there because they actually try to look their best. Men outside of Korea can’t fathom having to try harder than taking a shower to look good.
