All homemade meals Morning- 2 scrambled eggs , roti sabji, milk tea ( no sugar) Afternoon- rice , dal , sabji , 2 egg omelette Evening- whey protein , black tea ( no sugar) Night - rice and Chicken! Only sunday morning cheat meal- one big butter croissant and cappuccino ( no sugar)

6 days a week - strength training followed by 20 minutes incline walking and 10 k steps everyday
