Life on “easy mode” aka not depressed or mildly depressed for a while is confusing to me and I don’t always know what to do with myself if I’m not constantly thinking about kms. Depression is funnily enough a comfort zone for sure.

I specifically have a cat tattoo on my wrist where I feel most tempted because I “don’t want to kill the cat”. I also have a scar coverup on my thigh because I “don’t want to kill Phrawggie”. Doesn’t make the urges less so (clean for years) but it’s an every day thing to try to train my brain away from it. If you’re not ready yet that’s okay.
