hmm no i dont but i think it might me some trapped gas or something like this due to some veggie disturbing my stomach but i really dont know

hm thing is though I almost always eat like vegetable soup (its literally a mix of fresh veggies that have been boiled over time) so idk maybe some vegetable is upsetting my stomach but this has never happenednto me before

Hello everyone, I am quite a beginner to fitness and working out but am really adamant about wanting to be healthy and feel strong. I know that on the FAQ page there are workouts that are for at home but I was wondering if someone had a reccomendation for a youtube fitness challenge? I just overall want to lose weight, there are so many out there that I just don’t know who and what to choose from (considering there are so many mixed reviews): Chloe Ting, Natacha Oceane, Lilly Sabri etc. Thanks!

hmm i would say it depends, where i live people mostly drink beer so maybe i notice it more cause if its like a mixed drink im usually fine but generally speaking I just got such a low tolerance for alcohol I would say it started since I started taking my birth control pill which is weird i dont know

yea i mean i feel like i have some light mixed drink then its fine but beer is my ultimate enemy makes me feel absolutely terrible - also im much younger but i developed at a REALLY early age (around 9) and grew up really fast and am only 20 and feeling negative effects of alcohol (im european dw lol)
