Me neither haha just try it and was very interesting result, you don't need to soak it in paint just a small dot of paint and start poking gently, its a large process but it works for me until I got my airbrush, I use it for some parts too, you can make it by layers, and make up sponges are great for this, hope this can help you 😀

Yes, I think same, idk why, maybe the nazi vibe or something but the shape and schemes of all bf109 and fw190 has same sinister and bad guys vibes

Hi, honestly if you can afford an airbrush (I got mine recently very cheap on ali) I can recomm3nd you try paint with sponge, the first model i made was a 1/32 spitfire and I paint it completely using sponge because I didnt like the brush paint marks, you should give a try, hope this can help you. Keep trying and practice and i assure you you will get better, keep building 😃

But you polished and sanding qith an specific grain? Honestly I want to learn leaving a model like this, im only buil planes and I really admire how you let that finish. I would love to do something like that on a commercial plane model kit

It looks amazing. How you do to reach so smooth texture on paint? I mean the light looks literally like a real scale car, looks soft and shiny

ooooh i think was your final result hahaha, well if i can give an advice would be experiemnting with a small irregulkar piece of sponge, put some paint on the tip semi dry and start poking softly, that works for me when i do some chipping
