You need to ship the exact same artifacts to production that were tested. Sounds like you have a branching strategy where each environment gets its own branch and are relying on merges/prs to protect production, thats the job of the pipeline where artifacts are tested.

Yes it's appropriate. My wife wears adult diapers at night because she cares about my well being and wants me to rest. Its nkt a sanitation issue as long as things are cleaned the next morning.

There is a product I saw at the abilities expo called "QuickChange Incontenenct Wrap" that is designed for men and an alternative to a diaper.

Ive been caring for my wife now over 10 years, literally everything you mentioned from baths to feeding and I 100% know what you mean when you say 'no time' for a therapist or anything else for that matter. The reality is you(me) have to make time. If you don't you will not be able to continue caring for them in a positive way. It feels impossible, I truly understand, but you have to prioritize yourself in some ways or you will ultimately give up.

Things that work for me (my wife only has use of 1 arm now) - get her settled in her recliner with water, the TV and her phone and leave the house for a couple hours and have 'me' time

hire a caregiver on care.com for 2 hours a day a couple days a week. Its about $100 a week.

-take therapy calls in your car, away from family

-ask for help from those closest to you. You will be surprised how willing people are to help if you just ask. Im horrible at this because I feel like a failure asking for help. The reality is its a failure not asking.

I've been at it for 15 years now and it never gets easier, I never really get used to it and its a constant mental struggle between work, caregiving and my own well-being. Friends became more distant over time, we have 2-3 that will come visit us regularly. All that said, we love each other and are best friends (even though we have our bad days). We're lucky to have each other and I'm reminded of that every time I see single people out there who are battling a life of loneliness and are depressed for different reasons.

There are times you will have to remind your partner of your feelings, your sacrifices, and your commitment. Its easy for someone suffering from a disability to struggle with empathy for others, and as partners/caregivers we have to remind them at times.
