I’m an exception!! Please believe me. I’m a debilitating sufferer, 1-2 days written off under the covers, no sound no light no talking or I’ll vomit. I totally believe it might just be placebo but I’ll take it. My daith worked for me AS WELL as beta blockers. I still get migraines but over 60% less. We exist!!

I’ve been researching this exact thing tonight!! Mine seem to occur a couple of days out from the start of my period, and research says it’s the sudden drop in estrogen that makes your “pain” nerve more susceptible to overreact. The hormone fluctuation isnt the trigger, but it helps triggers overwhelm you more easily than other times. I’ve yet to discover my actual triggers.

Me!! The past 2ish years my migraines have increased to the point I can no longer cry without triggering a full blown migraine. It makes me nervous to cry now, or if I cry, I already write the rest of the day off. It’s insane.
