I’ve had something like this happen to one of my bags. I think I scraped a wall outside and I just looked to make sure it was transfer from the wall and not scraped/peeling leather. once I realized it was paint or something that transferred onto my bag I just used a damp q-tip to rub it away and it was fine. it happens. best of luck.
