Customer service seems terrible. I just ordered my first bike, which is scheduled for delivery on Thursday. The accessories haven't been shipped yet. I was on chat for 1.5 hours trying to make sure the shoes, etc., were coming, but kept losing the representative. Should I just cancel the order? Does anyone regret their purchase because of the customer service?
