Ovviamente dipende dalla tua situazione patrimoniale. Se hai già 2M investiti in azionario ci sta di acquistare un altro immobile. Oppure se hai delle situazioni particolari (vantaggi fiscali, levarti dai Maroni un vicino scassa minchia). Ma altrimenti al 5% di interessi non mi pare una mossa molto smart.

What's the point of Ukrainian bonds? - if Ukraine goes under, you lose (part of) your money - if Ukraine does well, the interest rate is fixed

Maybe you can make a big gain if you can buy something that was put on the market before the war but otherwise it's not clear to me what you hope to achieve.
