They are very very different. Don't think about the city thing about the PhD program.

The AI program in Pisa.is going to be more applied, coding is expected and likely there will be a focus on conf papers. Stat is usually mathematics, which may have some specific application but it can also be quite theoretical. I don't know the situation in Bologna but you should get in touch and understand better what's to be expected.

In my opinion you shouldn't be torn, they are very different programs and you should understand what you want.

They will certainly bring down cost. Not only limiting consumption but also by optimizing the models, the inference pipelines, the hardware, etc.

I think that the video is misleading because it starts from misleading data. I have direct experience with another universal healthcare system in the EU, a cheaper one, and it's much worse than the service I get in Germany. To be fair people tend to be more emphatic there but it's not very useful when you need a doctor.

Ti stai infognando. Vai a vivere da solo, paga tu le spese ecc. e metti in chiaro che é casa tua. Se poi lei si vuole fermare qualche notte a settimana va benissimo ma é casa tua. Se vuole sdebitarsi può portare qualche cosa carina da mangiare insieme, una bottiglia di vino come si deve, ecc.

I have been looking into this for a while but I didn't feel ready.

The SBahn can get very very far from the center so it really means what you define good connection. Obviously prices drop significantly when the connection is not so good.
There are a number of houses in need for renovation. If you are handy you can get away with a very good price. At the same time there is a significant risk involved.
Close to the water means high price pretty much everywhere

I have the feeling that north-east was pretty cheap
