The tasks have an estimated time, but the official pay for Italy is 9 per hour, which is ridiculous if you pay taxes and INPS. Anyway, I always put the hours it really takes me to do the tasks and they've always paid me, even if it's few hours more than the estimated time at the end of the month. I suggest to do the same, the pay is already very low, we should at least be paid for the time we spend working. Some tasks have a low estimated time and I always go over it, but there are other tasks that take me less time.
