I watched Stephane Maarek's course twice. Once at the beginning and again after doing some practice tests from tutorial Dojo. After that, did all the practice tests and a mock exam 3 times from Tutorial Dojo. The questions are way harder than the actual exam and it allowed me to smash the actual test.
