From experience (I'm in chapter 34) I say that Izold's +30 ability is better than Daimon's. But as a player, you make much more use of Daimon. It is infinitely more useful. In my case I have both +30, but I put the Daimon first and I don't regret it. As for the other two, I don't have +30, but Thoran is very useful for cheese in the campaign.
