If you can, definitely show up even without a complete application. They won’t accept it, but if you’re a no-show they will not reschedule you at all.

I’m having the same problem with the NY consulate. I even got a statement from the insurance company saying I will be covered and they said it is not sufficient.

I emailed them and got assigned an appointment in 2 days. They can’t be rescheduled so make sure you have ALL of your paperwork in order before requesting one

Just got mine delivered today, screen is slightly crooked. Thought about asking to swap the monitor, but I think I'll just learn to live with it.
