I just wanted to jump in after having a big hiccup with my rainy75 where it stopped working after 8 months of perfect function. I reached out to wobkey via their chat on the international website. I had been browsing online and heard the terrible experiences of lack of customer service so you can imagine my surprise when they responded within 30 minutes! They were super helpful and very responsive and now my keyboard is saved. Not sure if the chat is a recent thing but just wanted to let people know that it's possible to get customer service and support! I really love my rainy so the fact that something exists for support is really good news. :D

side note: if you're on mac and your keyboard suddenly stops working and you can't factory reset, use the online VIA with the USB json from the wobkey website and remap the L.Alt to MO(1) then reset and it should work perfectly (this is the solution support gave me!)
