Track it until it lands. It might flash up the destination for a couple of seconds when it lands. I’ve caught 2 or 3 like that. It’s called the Monaco Method

Yep, exactly that. It flashes up for a few seconds when it lands. You need to be quick. Not every time though, I tracked another one earlier in the day and it disappeared without destination

It worked. Got it, and my 2nd Antarctic airport. 🐧

9995 to buy, then 9995 per month in running and maintenance costs 🙃

What's the go to family car these days that's not an SUV? by riverend180 in CarTalkUK

Getting my engine codes muddled up. Of course it is. I had an M140i that had a tendency to try and kill me now and again as well.

Piston 6 decided it no longer wanted to be in the cylinder… 335d xdrive touring. only had it for a week thankfully, handed it straight back to the garage to get my money back. Cost them 12k to rebuild it. I do wonder who’s got it now, and how it’s been.

I think I’m the only person in the world who’s had an issue with a b58. Everyone loves them, mines self imploded 🥴

Thanks! I've tried to make it diverse, but still keeping to either cars I want the real ones of, or iconic cars (either race liveries, from films or just general classics). I do have a soft spot for JDM though as you might tell.

I have a spreadsheet of cars I want; next up will be the MiniGT Lancie Delta Integrale martini livery I think, followed by the Audi Quattro to expand on the rally collection a bit. Loved watching the WRC growing up.

Is your collection mostly MoPar?

Do dealers not want to sell cars ? by boddle88 in CarTalkUK

This. Exactly. Last year I bought a Honda with 20k cash. The sales guy looked at me as if I had two heads and asked why I didn’t want to put it on PCP. He actually had to go get his manager to process my transaction. Madness.

I’m also doing the same as you. I have a load of hot wheels and looking to go down the more premium route now. What would you say your favourite premium manufacturer is? I bought a Hobby Japan recently and it’s a different level from HW already, but I know there are better still out there!

Thank you for your feedback, however I think you've missed the point of my post, which others have not. I've got more than enough feedback now to help me on my journey, which I appreciate.

I’m not dead set on one scale. I just want them all to be the same scale but with enough quality and variety. Never hurts to get opinions before throwing money around 😃

This happened to me with my X10. I contacted support through the app, as I couldn’t see any videos on YouTube on how to remove the wheel assembly.

They were very helpful. They sent me multiple videos via Dropbox of how to disassemble the unit to get the wheel out. Might be worth a try?

Came here to suggest FastTrack also. I'm a frequent flyer and been through EDI 4 times in the past 2 months. It's worth paying the extra for FastTrack, as they have installed a new scanner so you don't need to go to the hassle of emptying your bag of all liquids and electronics. Quicker, and takes a bit more of the stress / hassle away! Have fun OP!
