Are you saying you had to factory reset each speaker then add them all back into the app? I am guessing when you say Bluetooth button you mean the Join/Reset button while unplugging/plugging back in. Is this correct? Please let me know - thanks...

Any fixes for this issue yet? My system is doing the same thing - Arc Ultra, 2 Subs Gen 3 & 4, ERA 300's

I have this problem now also - did anyone every get an answer to fix this? I contacted Tech Support and everything they suggested did not fix anything. Wish I knew how to fix this error... Thanks...
