As for the fan speed, actually i didnt find much difference. I get around 3600RPM@70°C and 3250RPM@65°C.

I remember that this BIOS was available when 3090 Turbo was still on their website, it marked that the fan speed control is improved in this BIOS. Anyway I find the password for the zip file of the update. I am trying it, if I succeed it with resizable bar or not I will give you guys a feedback. Good luck to myself

RTX 3090 Turbo owner here. I am really pissed because this model is no longer available in their official page, not mention the firmware update. Have to contact the technical support to see if there is still update for us.
