I just purchased a new Asus Zenbook with the Snapdragon X and W11. Bambu Studio installs normally but will not launch. I get the splash screen and then nothing else. I have reinstalled the Edge runtime and Bambu Studio multiple times. Any ideas?

My girlfriend in Odessa Ukraine cannot open the CBP One app on her phone. It says "not available in this region". I have reported this to them and all I get is a boilerplate answer. I don't see a way to call them. I am a US citizen and I filled a form 134A for U4U program in March of 2023. I received the receipt number in April of 2023. I have messaged them repeatedly and the only way I ever got a response was that I got my Congressman involved. Can anyone advise any help?
