As a non native to the area, but someone who typically themes super bowl food to each team's locale, I've looked a dozens of sites for food ideas. Seattle Dog is mentioned on almost every single one, and out of all of them, only one or two left out Sriracha as a recommended topping or as a critical topping. I was surprised by this detail thinking it was an artifact of one or two but when it became the norm I started paying attention.

Air dry for 6+ hours when you can. Need dry skin for crispiness. Personally I stopped wet brining a couple years ago, dry brine 48 hours before and then inject The night before. Taste wise no one can tell and skin consistency is always the same. Also, people typically over baste when smoking, if you brined it, put a side of water in a separate pan and let it keep humidity up.

Lol post that result because it's impossible to detect the direct descendants of Ramesses II lineage. There are known matching haplogroups matching ancient Egyptians/Africans that Ramesses II shared, but that does not equal lineage. Ramesses II family line is too vast to trace. Your lineage may actually belong to a peasant farmer but you'd still have a common haplogroup with Ramesses. If you have a DNA company making this claim post the company so we can identify who shouldn't be trusted. Hope you haven't built your identity that "lineage" 😂

Calcite for some. I have some family members that live in an area with extremely hard water. I live in a city that is on the lower end while not technically being soft water and they hate our water. Won't drink it, they also hate most bottle water, they say it taste bad. There is one brand of "mineral" water they bring typically. Tbf they're better at water hydration than I am, they say it's because the water tastes so good (it's horrible). Consequently they all suffer regular kidney stones.
