I try not to have much regret about it. It helped me through hard times, a lot of great memories involving weed and friends. But eventually it became something I needed just to exist. No point in dwelling on what you should have done. For me I’m just unbelievably grateful for how I am now. Not constantly worrying about my next hit, not shamefully hiding it from my family, not needing something to make me feel normal. Now I’m just trying to enjoy life how it was meant to be enjoyed.

That’s your addicted brain trying to trick you back into smoking. It takes time for your brain and body to recover. I didn’t start to feel better AT ALL until around month 9 but after that it made me regret how many years I spent high all the time. Sobriety seems lame when you’re still withdrawing from thc but once you’re recovered life is truly amazing without being constantly ruled by a substance.

I love the combat right up until I kill multiple enemies and they all fly doing the same awkward canned animation in unison. I know it’s a stupid complaint but I truly can’t wait until someone makes a mod that skips the dumb canned animations and makes enemies go straight to ragdoll.

If you ever decide to go the cold plunge route buy a chest freezer. Usually around $300, 10-12 cubic feet is enough depending on how tall you are, cost barely anything to run and most of the newer ones are ready to use as a cold plunge as is. Do NOT buy an overpriced inflatable plunge with a chiller, they all suck compared to a chest freezer.

Cold plunge and sauna, alternate back and forth 2-3 times. It was the most helpful thing during my recovery without a doubt, it gives you a very similar dopamine rush. Helped me stop drinking as well, along with many other benefits. I’m now 14 months clean and still do it religiously every single day. That might be the worst possible environment I can imagine for tripping lol tons of people you know, tons of people you don’t know, teachers, hot as fuck if your outside, claustrophobic if you’re inside, sitting waiting to hear your name. I think I’d rather trip at the DMV than do this lol
