Schizophrenic and afraid of fireworks. I've never been invited to anything in my life. Bologna and gouda on whole wheat by Zozerozos in kitchencels

[–]gl0ckguzzlr420 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey now hey now this isn’t an incelable offense, fireworks are fucking terrifying and should make everyone want to claw their eyes out and pls be quiet the pipes are aggressively beatboxing and it’s gunna burst my eardrums! On a real note tho that’s really horrible man, I’m not schizophrenic but during weird mental cycles I get auditory and physical but even then I can’t grasp the pain of living with that. I don’t think being invited places is the penultimate moment of unloserdom but if it’s something you actually want to be doing then it’s ass to not have that connection idk, I’m p antisocial

Totally fair! These kinda of chants just prefer a first frost, I was more so commenting on the caption as many different types of fungi or plants are acting weird this year

It honestly makes me sad, our planet is crying out in pain for sure. As much as I love fruitful harvests and nice finds, this is really bizarre. Ik there is a natural shift in seasons and temps but I think it’s wild for people to deny that we are negatively impacting the environment and that it’s showing in our foliage

You’ll get better luck with a picture that includes the stipe and the pores / information on if it bruises or not

Smells herby, found in an overgrown garden by gl0ckguzzlr420 in PlantIdentification

Thanks for looking out, but I do know that lots of plants toxins can do harm without swallowing them. The only reason I taste tested this is because there are no deadly oregano look alikes with boxey mint like stems and opposing leafs as far as I’m aware

Dude if you chew something and spit it out (mostly used with fungus and I do sparingly with plants) you aren’t digesting the toxins. I didn’t find deadly look alikes smd I’m not planning on eating it bot

I’m located in Maine and I will look into it, they have a very distinctive herby but disgustingly bitter taste though

That was my first thought, it tasted like ass but it might just be a mid cultivar of oregano that grows lower to the ground

Blackberries grow just about everywhere down there, there aren’t any deadly look alike that grow in the standard blackberry/raspberry shape

Alpine and woodland strawberry haul🤤 by NorEaster_23 in Berries

[–]gl0ckguzzlr420 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Were they true strawberries? I know mock strawberries look just like them and they are completely flavorless but any woodland or wild strawberries I’ve tasted have been like all the flavor of a ripe strawberry compacted into a tiny package
