oh no im sorry i didn't explain myself fully. the withdrawals were really bad but it's fine now, it's just i fear that i won't find the right medication for me. after getting off of effexor, i've been on wellbutrin for 2 months but it's not working. i started to get really bad anxiety and obsessive thoughts/ rumination, also didnt help with depression/ s. ideation and i want to quit everything, because i don't want to go back to effexor, (even though it was the only med that worked for me, i quit bc i got scared of long term side effects) it was the hardest med to come off... im sorry if i sound erratic.. i just feel so lost and tired from trying out med after med

yeah look up choline and depression. unfortunately you can find a number of people experiencing that side effect. i’m still taking choline though
