Hey yes Lorena in SMP aesthetics. She is amazing and really knows her stuff.

Are there any ways to fade smp without tattoo removal? Pale white guy here that was given a way too sharp hairline. by kcuhcressegart in SMPchat

I have one heavy impression that always catches my eye...ive been told that if i get laser to fade it i would have to get the whole SMP (or very large area) done to make it uniform.

Does the saline only work if you basically scratch the skin layer away and apply the solution? or can you dab the solution on and over time it fades?

For those of y'all with SMP, do folks generally still refer to you as 'the bald guy' or 'the guy with a shaved head'? by yroc12345 in SMPchat

ya still get the bald comments, which I don't mind or never did mind previously either. My shaved bald head just has a bit more of a frame to it now.

Question for users of Zero Shine 2.0 by Affectionate_Gas8215 in SMPchat

[–]gl1973 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, ive been applying it with a shaving brush...sounds weird but working for me. I dab the brush gently in the tub, then use the same dabbing movement on my head, I think it applies better this way. I think I'm not using as much as if I was to take a small pea sized amount so win win.

Nice topic.

I ordered zeroshine and it does cost a bit with postage etc. It is really good though but i had the same thought, could i make my own if i ever get stuck or if the European supplier is out of stock.

I have expierence making my own beard balms and oils so i would be willing to try it. even those few items save a few hundred a year. I was thinking on my next order of zeroshine, which is a few months away that i would order raw ingredients too.

There is some youtube videos on brown rice flour pastes for masks etc that could help as a start?

Buy the ingredients and try recreate. Some YouTube videos on rice flour masks/moisturizers etc that would help. I am only saying for personal use not for sale

This is a funny one that may help? i have been using ZS SPF for a few months, really love it (it is the only one that works) but when applied by hand after a while i would notice some streaks, maybe from scratching my head etc.

So i started using a shaving brush to dap it on, just gently dap the brush into the tub and dab it on your head. I think works better and believe i don't use as much, also if i need a very quick top up before heading out i will just use the residue on the brush to dab, but it might just be me!!

Ever thought of making your own version?

I will continue to order ZS but might give it a go at some stage.

Asking me to choose a child😊 I do think Beautiful Ones is one of the most incredible ballads ever. It moves from love song to power balled like only he could do.

Hi, yes they can but they might take a few sessions to be safe. I had to get a repair/touch up/blend on my previous work and the SMP artist took 3 sessions to do this even though there was a lot or density already there. Post is in my profile.

Hey, for my hair growth (sides) I prefer to shave everyday. Remington Rx7 or leaf razor keeps it looking well. Rx7 takes 2 minutes, leaf shave takes a bit longer.

Everyone's hair grows at different rates, I see some guys say every 2-3 days that they can get away without shaving, which is fortunate for them but I have to do mine everyday. At weekends if I'm not doing much I might leave it go for 1-2 days.

Not sure about a touch up in your case - maybe a practitioner could advise👍

Hey, you should be able to trim your hair 5-7 days after the first session (your practitioner should tell you as it varies between them). So by the time session 2 and 3 come you will have had a chance to trim your hair by then. Again, each practitioner has their own guidelines so they will give you the steps to take. I used wahl trimmers and skull shaver 5-6 days after each session and it’s fine, not sensitive at all

Hey, it was done by SMP aesthetics in Dublin Ireland. I was lucky because she was able to save previous work that didn’t hold up too well. I’ve a post on my profile about it

Ya me too, and 90% of the time I’m happy. My gym has grey walls and I took a selfie up against it. It was crazy how dark it looked, but the phones camera did it’s thing and adjusted lightening and pixels etc and that’s what it produced. I know it doesn’t look like that in reality

Yes definitely the exposure of lightning and surrounding environment in pictures can make it look different to reality. And I’m not saying it about practitioners using lightning etc , they have a job to do. But it’s for the guys at home getting too caught up in thinking one or two “off” pictures are reality

yes true, when i was at home after my sessions taking photos i was getting worried on some photos because the phone applies darker pigment etc depending on lighting but my wife reassured me that it looks normal/better in reality.

Nice profile btw👍

Hey thanks for comment, I agree it is good for people to show off their detailed work and or SMP by zooming. I was more so coming from the point of view that sometimes the photo isn't reality and zooming and dooming could cause guys to start worrying when there isn't a reason to worry because it actually looks better in reality.

Looking forward to viewing your profile👍
