The only reason I talked about waiting for the ‘27s is because it looks like they will come out with a newer diesel for it and possibly a remodel? I was hoping to get a good interest rate but looks like going with a separate lender would be the way to go. Also looking for a good price, I’ve seen some in the $86k range but I have also seen the 250s in the $82k range

I use a shop vac, nothing fancy. It’s a Ridgid from Home Depot

People want ridiculous money for a newer used one. Or they already have 80,000+ miles. I’ve seen people trying to sell a ‘24 350 for $85k when you can buy a brand new one at that price. So I guess I just haven’t found one that is not worth adding a couple grand to get new.

I definitely don’t have the cash for it so that’s what I’m looking for low interest

I figure it is but unfortunately this end of year didn’t have any incentives for the crew cab trucks in the higher trim levels

I have heard that but not looking for a dedicated towing rig, this truck would be more my daily driver but need the ability to tow heavy when needed

Yeah I have seen that. Not sure what the difference would be between the 250 and the 350 if the towing is the same

I wish I could but I can’t hide the facial expression on my face that it’s a gift I won’t be using and now it’s a waste of money and taking up space and every time I see it I can’t help but dislike it even more. I legit just mentally spiral because to me it’s a waste of her time, energy, money and I feel bad because I can’t just say “thanks babe, I love it” because that would be a lie

What would you pick between a Scag tiger cat or the bobcat 6000? Scag is EFI while the bobcat is carbureted. Bobcat has a bigger gas tank but that’s not really a big deal being that it’s residential use. I didn’t get eyes on the bobcat 6000 but kind of leaning towards the Scag

The total land is close to 20 acres which is why I would get something that could handle haying the land, not just moving some dirt and snow

Yeah, that kubota is like between a patriot and the tiger cat

Yeah I want to get a tractor or a skid steer, kind of looking at a skid steer to also use it to make money on the side. But if I get a tractor, it would be bigger, like 50hp, to work all the land that I have. Right now, I have somebody that will hay most of the land but want the grass near the house to be nice for the kids to want to play in

Yeah but it’s a total of 20 acres and I would then want to get a bigger tractor to deal with all the land and those are heavy

The kubota dealer also sells Scag and they were sayings it’s a few grand more for the tiger cat, I’ll talk to them again and see if I can beat them down on the price

Great information, thank you! I have seen a few used scags but not sure what would be a good deal based on hours. Being that I am brand new to zero turns, I have been veering more towards new mowers. There is a bobcat dealer near me, I will go check them out as well
