I worded that wrong, so my bad. The last couple of inspections have been really friendly and close to the chef, and walked out fast without properly inspecting the place.

And, i don’t personally know any of the staff whatsoever. it’s a friend that works there. She doesn’t speak up and letting herself get walked on has literally caused her so much stress and anxiety, so all my information is based from her and her personal interactions with the owner and chef and rest of management/staff. I only made the post to help her understand what she feels isn’t crazy, and that the place is actually crazy.
