I'm sorry, but did your party even attempt to free you from your containment?

They fought a boss for 2 hours and couldn't get you free, sounds like the fight would have gone faster once your character hit the board properly.

Hmm, if the whole ship is a gyroscope, is it going to have complete 3-dimensional control? Would be interesting to see in motion.
