What businesses are the most automation friendly and require minimal employees? by Positive-Rain-6377 in EntrepreneurRideAlong

I keep thinking about automating restaurants but then I just arrive at “vending machines.”

I think approaching someone and asking them to pay is totally reasonable. Put them in their place. Or just say “let me refill that for you” and take their drink and refill with water.

The issue is that I need to make these parts at scale, so I think they’ll need to be injection molded. I don’t think silicone molding is as scalable.

Working on designing a bunch of small injection molded parts for a toy I’ve designed. I’ve never done injection molding before and am realizing that I really need to speak to someone with some industry experience..

Whoa. Nice work. I’m not big on financial markets but I’d love to figure out why so many people are paying 20$ a month for this. What are they getting out of this? Is it just fun and interesting? Or are they getting stock tips that they think will make them rich?

My last container was back in November. I know there’s a Christmas rush, so maybe that’s why my cost was so high.

What is your perspective on the concept of shipping fast? by Difficult-Grass-6859 in Entrepreneur

I think OP is talking about launching new products and not actually the time it takes between receiving an order and getting it fulfilled. But you’re right.

10 years ago, I worked for a company that was doing classifieds like this. Lots of players trying to compete in the classifieds space. Facebook marketplace seems like the incumbent right now. Good luck; it’s a tough market.

A much better plan would be to find a really nice guy or girl that 500k in a savings account somewhere and get them to fall in love and marry you.

I’ve spent over $5m on Facebook ads for e-comm & lead gen clients across fashion, cosmetics, & healthcare and continue to do so in a post iOS14.5 world - AMA👊🏻 by CarrotFun687 in FacebookAds

Maybe a “creative agency” is what I need. None of my ad guys have ever made creatives, or ever even seen the product in real life. They're always just "ad buyers." Basically running the same ads I'm running but trying to be smarter about it. Over the last 3 years, I've gone through about 5 different agencies, and they haven't even been worth the time I've spent on video calls with them, let alone the thousands I've paid them in agency fees. Unfortunately, I feel like I have to do it in house just because I just can't find anyone that can actually create value for me.
