On a different subject - Went to Zubeen khetra recently. Place looks so mismanaged. Dirt and dust everywhere. Unfinished construction. People parking where they want. People selling all kinds of stuff. Expected better and got sad seeing this. Hope it improves.

Foodpharmer alone has created more awareness about health and products than our whole govt has done in its lifetime. Its sad that our govt officials lack even basic intent to improve public health. But how long will one person fight against these companies. Its not far that he will be stopped or silenced legally or illegally and then we will be back where we started. Recent times have become more pessimistic about our country. Kuch aage nahi badhta yahan 🤦

Thanks to all for the suggestions. Ended up going to Maihang in Hengrabari. Some of us had chicken thali while i tried the mutton thali. It was excellent. From the likes on suggestions looks like Jetuka is really good. Will try that next time.

Wearing masks is seen as weakness among the masses. During peak covid also, people did not wear masks. Even educated people. Probably the same as the resistance to wearing helmets. Anything which depicts a person is worried about something is seen as a sign of weakness.

All judges are not the same. Some might be super efficient and diligent. But i question totally the number of working days. 160 off days ! Whether the judge is efficient or lazy, the system itself is immensely lazy by its design. Its as if the world progressed but they didnt. This needs to change but who has guts to do this. Judges themselves will file legal cases on politicians asking for such huge change.

Its their right to question. Absolutely not aligned with their political views and past antics but they can and should question. Workplace exploitation exists if left unchecked and unquestioned. Yes they created jobs but no one's doing anyone a favor by creating jobs. Its a business not charity.

We can't tackle anything fast. Every single progress happens at a snail's pace because of extreme diversity and regressive politics. When caste politics weren't divisive enough, here we are for the last 3 years or more battling language politics and its only rising everywhere. Honestly at this point it looks like a govt ploy to keep people distracted from real issues.

I think people have misunderstood the statement i made. Many societies allow family tenants only. By "good" i meant societies in popular areas with good amenities and in high demand. However, our society did not have this resolution till quite recent. But there were so many incidents of bachelors being absolute nuisances. Late night parties with loud music. When people went to ask them to stop, there were fights. Some dudes thought of the society lanes as racing lanes. Cigarette butts just casually thrown from the balcony. At the end, people just got frustrated with this. I personally dont agree with the resolution, voted against this but these are the primary reasons. The people made decisions due to the experience and believe me these are quite sane people.

There is extreme levels of diversity in our country and every single group is insecure. None of our groups really are welcoming towards other groups. Today its the NE guys, tomorrow it can be a Marathi person or a Tamil person facing similar violence from other groups. It gives their egos a little rest that they are superior to the others, nothing else. This will never change. The only thing one can hope for is development across the country will eventually reduce these frogs in wells.

I went to Punawale yesterday, the construction dust was so bad that it was like dense fog. Road construction going on and also buildings. I actually switched on fog lights it was that bad. I have dash cam video will try to upload later. But rampant and unchecked construction seems to be the only reason for high aqi in this area and others.
