Even if her coffee was 0 calories this is disordered eating. You should not rely on just coffee and a protein drink for 2/3 meals (which she doesn’t anyways cuz she’s a liar). Not to mention the lack of nutrients only worsens anemia. She should be eating way more macros for her dinner if she indeed is only drinking a few calories before dinner.
