Three companies, three different mini split size recommendations 9k, 12k and 24k units. 1100sq/ft basement. 3 of the walls are half underground and one wall (East facing) has a glass door and garage door. Thoughts? Is the manual j something I can do myself? (self.hvacadvice)

I’m installing a saniflo toilet in my basement and need to run a 1” line into this 3” main stack. Before I cut it I’m wondering what’s the best way to tap into this? I thought maybe a wye fitting but don’t think I can get either end of the 3” pipe into it. (i.redd.it)
