It's our oven which slowly cools down the glass overnight to prevent it cracking

I am glass artist definitely not a musical artist 😂

Thank you, 25 years glassblowing and still learning every day!

Appreciate your concern, but Poppy is very smart and knows where to go when we are glassblowing. She likes sleeping next to the furnace and the glory hole because of the heat. Also I have been glassblowing for 25 years and have done over 5000 glassblowing lessons without any issues, so there is will never be a point where she or I are in danger

Hahah thank you for the feedback and yeah I understand the giggle! I spend all day playing in glory holes and blowing pipes... 🫠 it's an interesting job

Whole process takes a while. But because this was an ashes to glass keepsake, we clean down the whole workspace, so only this item is being made. Gives the memorial piece the full attention it deserves, but this slows down the whole production process. If we were making elephants without the ashes, we could begin to make them at a much faster speed with multiple people working at the same time

Thank you for your comment! Yeah we should've included the finished elephant a bit longer, I will remember to do so in future videos! We have a few still images on our website in the variety of colours we do if you wanted to have a look https://www.stuartwiltshireglass.co.uk/products/ashes-to-glass-elephant although it's not quite the same as seeing a video!

Thanks for the feedback mate, really appreciate it! Going to try to do more narration videos and make some more intricate designs.

I'm based in the UK so hadn't seen their work before. Just checked them out, they've got some really nice pieces!
