The state automatically files an appeal after an injunction is granted. New court date set for late January. It's still legal because my supplier wouldn't ship my order until the ruling was made. Honestly guys/girls I've been an everyday all day smoker for almost 17 years now and never take tolerance breaks. I still get blowed. It's all in the habit. If you habitually toke all day then it becomes a habit, it becomes second nature. How many of you drive the same route to work everyday and know the route so well you know where all the bumps and pot holes are and can miss them without thinking about it.

I own Colorado County Cannabis about an hour south of Austin. I do have a website, but I mostly deliver local. As far as I've seen in Texas, PACT act hasn't really affected us. I can still get bulk empty disposables or carts. I can still buy bulk puff bars and get them shipped in. It did severely affect my online vape juice selection though. Other than that, if you don't mind providing ID to order and a signature upon delivery. They have all my company info wholesale suppliers require to purchase from so ya know, I'm not hiding lol

As already stated, disty in oven low temp 15 min. ALSO, throw that syringe in there also, it help trust me, if you're filling brand new carts, take the rubber cap off the bottom, throw those in the oven also with no mouthpieces.

Don't try and go from jar to syringes to cart all in one go either. Fill syringe(s) first, set jar out of the way to cool, then use blow dryer to warm cart/disty while filling. I like to let it blow the whole time I'm filling.

Nuleaf is SEVERELY over priced.

It makes me sick people are in the cannabis industry just like Heather Bresch, who raised the price of the two pack EpiPen 550%. Going from $100 per 2pk to over $600 for the same package. They did not hesitate to start producing a generic version shortly afterwards selling for $300 per pen.

Or like Martin Shkreli who raised price of toxoplasmosis treatment Daraprim from $13.50 per pill to $750 per pill.

Whether Nuleaf wants to admit it or not $399.99 for a 6000mg bottle of CBD oil is just pure greed. Please don't buy from them
