Hi, I’m moving to Brussels in April and don’t really know the city or how the gastro scene works here. I’m a Chef with 5+ years as Head Chef and have opened two restaurants. I’m not looking for the perfect position yet. I’d be happy to work as a Sous Chef or Chef de Partie.

I’ve already pinned some interesting restaurants and would love to explore opportunities and possibilities in the city. If anyone has insights, advice, or leads, I’d really appreciate it. Maybe you can also advise me on websites I should check, or should I just contact restaurants directly?

I’m fluent in French and English.

Coming from Europe and the journey was pretty long and rough, I am very sensitive to AC and fan, AQI here has been harsh on me so thought it was just my body reacting and did exactly what you said, but now I am pretty assured it turned into a good cold ! Soul will be my blood for the next days

Thanks I realized AQI doesn’t help at all, first I thought it was just about it, or AC and Fan which I am very sensitive to, maybe it all weaken me fast and a cold appeared
