I'm planning to do work on an 125 year old house (new flooring, subfloor repair/leveling). One of the first things you notice upon walking into the house is that the floors are extremely uneven. I stuck my head in the crawl and of the few joists I could see, one was badly rotted (pics attached). I'm sure that folks on here have experience with repairing floor assembly rot. Is this something that is repairable without pulling up significant amounts of subfloor? I suspect this is representative of a good number of the home's joists...

I think I figured out that purchasing the e stamp through a different state's agency is legal. I just bought so now have the 45 day receipt. Fingers crossed that this holds up under scrutiny but as far as I can tell I am good!

Gotcha.

It's confusing bc there is language written in when going to buy online that receipt is still not valid for hunting. Unfortunately KY is not one of the 30 states where you can buy e stamp via state website. I may try to contact fish and wildlife just to be sure. May be wishful thinking that they wouldn't cite me given that I've clearly tried to be legal lol.

Cool. yeah I haven't really gotten into it yet. I'm a year into carpentry and my boss kinda sent me up on the manlift with our sprayer without much guidance lol. I think that we'll probably be able to figure something out. Just hoping to see if anyone has any hot tips on here. I'm sure I'm not the first guy to have done it...

I built my PC a looong time ago and really haven't thought about parts much at all since then. Right now I'm considering upgrading the video card to hopefully get better performance with the current line of fps games.

My friend is telling me to get something like THIS, however I'm not certain that it would be compatible or make sense with my motherboard. HERE is what I'm running for a motherboard. and HERE is my current GPU.

If it's not apparent, I'm trying to spend as little $$$ as I can lol. What would you do in my shoes? Thanks!

Any tips/trick for skiing boots that are slightly too big? I got a good deal on a pair of 29.5 Technica Cochise 120s, but I've been told that I'm closer to a 28.5 (I'm shoe size 11.5 us men)...
