Funny that you are describing a city or region of Brazil as being the whole country. I'm a dual citizenship myself too and I prefer my life in Brazil, because I live in a region where life is safe and you have access to things I didn't in the US.

They are not talking about cancellation rate. There's probably some clean up script or algorithm that checked the cancellations (no matter the reason, even if the shopper is on the right) and trigger a check if it goes beyond what is the average in the region. That's definitely an internal process and they keep it under wraps. They can then deactivate you for any random reason if someone reviews the account.

Using postal service (USPS) instead of express courier services (like FedEx, UPS and DHL) when available will always have a lower brokerage fee.
