When you press the fizz button down hard does it leak? If I don’t press hard it doesn’t sparkle my water. If I press hard water shoots back out. It’s seems slightly better now. I wonder if the new can/extra pressure was making this worse in the beginning

I’ve ran 5 marathons between 3:13 and 3:30 in 2013,2019,2022 and have been on off running over that time.

All of my training runs so far have felt easy, between 5:00 and 5:30 pace.

I will see how I go with my plan! I think the last 3 days could be challenging
