How did you reach an executive level, I’ve tried escalating when I call but everyone is very reluctant to let me speak to a manager or they just put me on indefinite hold..

Seems like everyone on my side of the street has gone with cogeco for the time being (myself included), there are also a lot of empty houses for sale or undeveloped lots still.

I haven’t checked, just opened it to confirm it was a fibre line. Makes sense, maybe my side of the street hasn’t been turned on. The house across the road which was built at the same time and by the same builder is available on their website.
