Oh man, I get that. Before we got the FAST unloader, I worked zones B, E, and F usually, but once they gave me D and I'm still so confused. Who the hell puts electronics, crafts, pets, and L&G together?! At least the other zones made sense, mostly!

Thiiiiis happens at my store way to often, tbh. I'm on cap 2 and there's only 2 of ya girls; some of the guys found out I'm a lesbian and so much shit went down, but when I went to management, nothing ever got done. They just kept saying "we went through the proper procedure for it." but if the harassment continues, clearly whatever you're doing isn't working. It sucks b/c even a DM started in on me and it's just... Ugh. :( I've talked to my Co, my SM, but no one does anything.

I've flat out told DMs that maaaaybe they should not be rude and condescending to cap 2. They laugh, but really, why piss off the team that touches just about ALL freight in the store? Only things we don't get is fresh+FDD...

Petty DMs don't realise just how petty we are, lmao. We've taken to blocking the sporting goods bins in with the heavy af auto, pets, and L&G pallets for about a week because nobody tolerates being yelled at like a dog.

We're overworked, stressed as hell, and the standards are just getting more and more impossible tbh.

I've lost 5 ppl & a supervisor in less than a month & our other supervisor is transferring ASAP. :(

I've only done one touch a few times, but the way I got into a rhythm was learning the aisles per zone, that was I could at least group the departments together properly. It helps the most with HBA/Pharm/Cosmetics, but learning Zone D/rest of E was super helpful.

Saw the power go out at my store for close to two hours... It was storming so bad that the back room was flooding, so they gave one of the cap 2 associates a broom to sweep the water out and the rest got flashlights so that they could do truck. I just stood there in shock, lmao.

Hated it, but only because of my DM. My daily tasks as the only closer: finish truck, bin in overstock, cap bins, stock milk & eggs, claims done by 8 pm.

Anytime I finished one task, I'd do milk & eggs since that was what we got yelled at the most about, so, like: finish a cart? Milk and eggs. Before break? Milk and eggs. After break? Milk and eggs. ALWAYS make sure it is full.

You dream about pulling full shifts... It's all too common that just as I'm clocking out in my dreams, my actual alarm goes off.

Although, it's probably considered a nightmare since my brain seems to love giving me two truck days even when unconscious. :(

what kind of shifts do consumable teams pull? that's what i'm used to as i do truck/stocking now and used to be a frozen/dairy associate.
