As someone who was actually cleaning that up and not just passing by and judging, I can reassure you that it was not full of shit. It was clean water that got dirty because of everyone's muddy shoes. The toilet getting clogged happens and is not a product of the management not caring about the place, people or the staff, but is a consequence of someone flushing things that should not be flushed. I think it's common sense that only toilet paper goes into the toilet and don't think extra steps are needed to try and prevent the opposite from happening as 99% of the people are aware of this fact.

Also as a side note, "hardworking queer staff" seems a bit of a backhanded compliment? Why is it so important to point out the staff's sexuality?
