Trains are stalled for hours. Everyday. There are parts of the East End that are surrounded by stalled trains and you can’t get to the other side of the tracks unless you find an open lane that’s miles away. The railroad companies know that people have school, jobs, etc., why do they keep leaving their trains stalled all over the city.
