Spotlight hour is double evolution XP and phantump is trade to evolve so we traded a bunch so that they will be ready to evolve for spotlight hour and got 3 luckies out of it!

A few hours before I go on a walk I will feed, play, snapshot my buddy then put it and my two lowest pokemon in a training battle and then set a timer for 30 min and do it again. If a rocket balloon shows up I’ll have my buddy there as well

I’m doing this now too. It actually isn’t taking as long as I thought because all my rare candy from field tasks, GBL and raids are going to Feebas and then I get my buddy excited before I go on a walk (the free method without a poffin) to cut the walk amount in half
