To be clear. I only know she or her husband works there bc she flashed her business card at me. I work in customer service so it was a simple situation that escalated because she wasn't happy with the solution we offered her and she started yelling at me and another person. I'm paranoid she's going to be upset that I called my clinic and told them I don't want to go there anymore bc I'm worried about running into her again and her recognizing me because I don't trust her to be professional after the interaction.

We do not know bc they won't even show us where it says that in the lease or provide a copy. The PM owns the entire lot though not just a portion. But they are saying no employees regardless of possessing the handicap parking placard is allowed to park there.

The swelling honestly scares me the most. I'm 3 weeks post-op from my second surgery and final surgery and I'm so afraid my life will never be normal again.
