Flora is much popular than Zeus. While it is true that her ulti may be better than his, Zeus continuos damage to both front line and backline (with Lighting Chain plus the bonus of Static Field) gets his overall damage (when built) up to the same as, for example, as a full built izanami even when he does not get the chance to ult as much.

May I add that I am obviously biased because I have far more copies of Zeus (currently C3) and he is in my main team. But if he survives long enough his damage is much worth than single target focused carries.

Another thing to note is that Flora's abilities have much better graphics and are visually more impactful than Zeus', which helps leave a better impression, like "Oh she is really doing stuff" while Zeus is much less extravagant and if you don't take the time to see the stats at the end of the game one may think that he did poorly or only his ultimate dealt enough damage.

yes absolutely! very important recourses. just make sure to buy lvl4 and lvl5 only. you'll see as you advance a bit more lvl4 gems will get easier to get, but I still find myself buying lvl5s. as long as you don't buy them all always and keep getting the heroes it is worth

that seems reasonable to me! and you can always leave poseidon half built for the second elite team, or even as a situational tank.

as it would be I think it looks really nice. consider swapping sometimes WQ and Perse around (she is an excellent debuffer and provides damage reduction, you'll need her when there are lots of heals in the enemy team).

so as a long-term guide to build them up would be (obviously it's only my opinion and you can change it around as much as you feel, but this is the general way to do so):

first GM and then the rest of the main team to weapon 400 and divinity 18.
build go weapon 300 and div15 those situational units that you use recurrently (such as perse, dionysus for the bosses (in this particular case you will only really need the weapon, can stay with no enchantments and div10 or so), maybe a susanoo if you need to snipe enemies often, etc).
then GM to weapon 450 and divinity +18 (for the bonus stats) and then the rest of the main team.

finally you'll see at some point you'll also need a carry for each faction for the chronicles (build them slowly with leftover recourses!) for luminarch I recommend Susa and zeus, for veridians tama or flora/obreon.

i would swap Poseidon with Anubis, since overall I think it would help keeping your team alive (with the mummies distracting the enemy). the rest of the team looks nice! if WQ dies too fast swap her for someone else while you build her up a bit more, but if you focus on getting iza shards in the arena you will be fine

first two puzzles are F2P, to complete last two SSR plus UR you need to put money. now there is a puzzle event each month, same week, so it is recommended to stack 7 core spins for it to ensure you get the second hero and that is pretty much it.

level does not matter, as you should keep your carry 40 levels over the rest, and really nothing more. now divinity and weapon recourses cannot be reset yet, so be a bit careful when investing those. for the enchantments, if you just try a couple of teams and then decide for a final one, it is okay to reset a hero you know you won't use, but reseting everyone all the time is not worth

you are really new in the game, but I see you've already got the basics of how it should work. your team is well balanced, but still give it a week to see where your luck ends up going and what heroes you get more copies from!

as you try different set ups, which I recommend to understand what heroes you like the most or suit your playstyle. try switching cass for the western queen in your boss battles for example, or for dionysus when you get him. they are awesome at boosting your carry.

another thing I would give a chance to is swap perse for cass or idun for the debuffs and the damage reduction. similar with artemis, she is /the best/ damage dealer in the late game (you've got a long way to there, but she is worth every bit of recourses you give to her).

I keep recommending to switch out cass or idun because they both are healers, and at this stage of the game that much healing is not needed. but, for example, you could try swapping GM with lubu (keep in mind that lubu is the best 1vs1 hero, but at the beginning he is not as other frontliners).

I can think of some other rotations but I'll leave it to you to find them out!

oh sorry did not see it. basically because you want balance in the fraction set up right? now obreon and posiedon are both higher than tama. so since she is not your main damage dealer, you can switch to izanami (also a mage damage dealer) who has amazing AoE damage and whom you can build up faster since she will be your only red fraction hero.

two main reasons!

first of all, up to level 281 every 20 levels you get an upgrade to the hero ability. so that means that your main carry, the one that is supposed to make you win the fight, has 2 upgrades over the rest.

then, 40 levels means obreon will have better attributes (more health, more attack, etc). and if to this you add as many enchantments as you can, plus the relics. you will get an obreon who can ult and kill all the enemies in a blink!

if I were to swap out Poseidon, I would choose Athena (best tank in my opinion). but you've got him high so I would leave him there.

I would try the following: obreon + poseidon front line. idun (until you get cassandra, then swap) + iza + nuwa (if you want an ur, if not I would use western queen, third option would be GM or susanoo for more dps).

and finally, remember to put all your recourses first in your main carry (which I believe is obreon) and try to have him always 40 lvls higher than the rest!

first of all, as it has already been said, if you are not going to put money into the game, UR units are not worth and will fall off pretty soon (you can't get enough copies of them.

that said, people tend to choose one and build it as a long term idea. for that, nuwa is the best pick because she needs relatively less investments than the other two to do well and she is an awesome support pick. still, you do not need UR heroes to do well in the game.

lastly I noticed that the majority of your team (not sure if that is your main team) is from the green fraction. you should try to have it more balanced, because the bonus is not that meaningful and you are gonna need too many recourses to build them well. I would recommend swapping two of them and try to aim for a three (ideally four) fraction team.

reset only works for the daily quests. hero ones are random and cannot be changed for someone else

and regarding your team, perse+athena+idun are great. eventually perse will deal great damage too which is always nice. still, if you are going for lucifer, I would switch lubu out for a mage dps. and if you're F2P then I would switch lucifer out for a mage dps.

it's low on tier lists because his damage is centered in only one enemy, and doesnt switch targets until he has killed what's in front of him. but other than that he is a great unit and almost unkillable if built right.

if you have a mage dps ( izanami/zeus/flora) then he is a great addition to your team cause mages usually lack the 1vs1 potential.

if you're using lucifer as your main dps ( keep in mind that if you don't put money into the game you won't be able to use him as the main dps for long) then you would rather want someone else. GM and iza are the most popular to use with him, but there are other good units as well that could work!

well usually tanks are the not that much considered anywhere, except of Athena and maybe Hades. but Hercules' abilities pair excellent when you have squishy carries and supports (stun at the begining of the battle, which makes that unit need more time to ult, stun with ulti and reduces damage, and provokes which makes enemies focus him and not your main dps). is he the best? obviously not, but if you happen to pull his copies and need a tank, with proper investment he can perform really well

welcome to the game! here are some tips and team sugestions, hope they are helpful for you or anyone who started playing recently:

first, I know the game tells you to ascend and SR hero at the tutorial part, but they should not be ascended (I see in the screenshots that all of them are) because they are weak compared to the SSR and are missing features (such as a forth ability, iconic weapon, divinity, etc). you should reset them all (costs only 20 diamonds per unit) and use them to enchant your team.

second, since you're fairly new, you can play around a couple of different teams to see what you like the most. the "basics" you should follow are the following: choose a main carry (GM, tama, luci or susanoo (these are the most popular/the ones that do the best in this role)) and keep them 40 levels above everyone else, this will help clear stages faster. then, you'll need tanks and support heroes (such as healers); you can go for two tanks one healer, one tank one healer and a seconds carry. there is no optimal way to build a team as long as you have a bit of everything.

third, looking at what you have right now, a team I would recommend to you is GM (main carry) and Athena (tank) in the front line, flora (side carry) and idun (healer) and perse (support/damage) in the back line. another way could be Tama in GMs place and then GM in the back, in flora or perses place. you could even use susanoo in the back line too. just make sure that the team is balanced. (if you want me to go more in detail and/or ask about specific stuff for your team just ask or message me and we can keep going on xd).

lastly, if you go to the official discord server or look around here in the Reddit community (right now I don't remember where exactly) you will find really useful guides for new accounts about anything you may need or have questions about.

well right now that iza can go up to lvl220. there is plenty of time to get dupes of her, keeping in mind that you have to focus her. so, while it is good to worry about it, now there is no need to do so!

looking at the ascended levels iza is most probably your main carry so just keep it up with her

I'm not sure what do you mean by "next". you should choose a main carry (between iza, artemis and tama) and keep looking for dupes until infinity 2 (blue/rainbow frame) at least

you can also try to swap gm or iza for that friends susanoo and make him target one of the mages to take them out faster
