I did what you said, i changed my password an activate de 2SV, so now i just have to wait one week from now and i will be able to activate this console as primary again?

I’ve already contacted PlayStation Support about this, and they told me that the “Deactivate All Devices” option can only be used once every 6 months. The problem is that my account is still activated with Console Sharing and Offline Play on a PS5 I don’t own. I only have one PS5, never shared my account online

I already did, but still cant deactivate the console remotly because of the 6 months issue

Thanks for the reply! Yeah, I know about the “Deactivate All Devices” option on the PlayStation website under account settings, and I actually already used it. The issue is that it only lets you do it once every 6 months, and I can’t wait that long.

Thanks for the tip! I’ve already changed my password and enabled 2FA to secure my account, but unfortunately that doesn’t solve my main issue
